Educators from the formal and informal science education arena, along with CBST staff, scientists, and faculty form the Educational Development Team.  Working in tandem and independently, the team researches, designs, and develops developmentally appropriate science educational activities featuring biophotonics. In addition, the team trains undergraduates on the use of the materials for field testing in after school child care programs. Currently there is not program for grades 6-8, future work pending funding.
